Nariadenie EÚ ES 261/2004 chráni cestujúcich odlietajúcich z letiska v EÚ alebo prilietajúcich do EÚ leteckou spoločnosťou z EÚ.
Meškanie
Od 3 hodín meškania príletu môžete mať nárok na pevné odškodnenie.
Zrušenie
Ak nebolo oznámené aspoň 14 dní vopred alebo z mimoriadnych okolností, zrušenie zakladá nárok na odškodnenie.
Prebukovanie
